Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities on high-rise projects in the Philippines. You will coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and project personnel to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.

The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience in structural and building construction. You must be able to travel to multiple project sites and lead teams to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer.
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise or vertical projects.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
Manage and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and project personnel.
Monitor structural and architectural works based on approved plans and specifications.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines.
Identify and resolve technical, site, and construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
Prepare and submit project progress reports and other required documentation.
