Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, strategic sales, or product marketing in semiconductors, power management, or space markets.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of opening new markets and closing design-ins or partnerships.
• Experience selling to GPU/AI vendors or hyperscale operators is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and capture new business from first contact through design-in and production.
• Own senior technical and commercial relationships across target accounts.
• Size the addressable and serviceable market and build the go-to-market plan.
• Shape customer requirements early and lead proposal development with product and applications teams.
• Develop pricing and value strategy for radiation-cognizant solutions.
• Run competitive intelligence on incumbent Hi-Rel suppliers to sharpen positioning.
• Support executive reviews and funding proposals with market data and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with design, applications, product marketing, and regional sales to drive design-ins to closure.
