Commonwealth Foods, Inc. is seeking a delivery helper to work with the salesman and driver to deliver products to customers along the Quezon Province route.

You will assist in loading and unloading the truck and ensure items are safely secured before delivery. Responsibilities include compiling accurate delivery records, obtaining signatures, filing trip tickets, reporting issues, and maintaining courteous, professional customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with salesman and driver to customers.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Ensure items are safely secured before delivery.
• Compile accurate delivery records and reports.
• Obtain clients’ and customers’ signatures as acknowledgment of delivery.
• Submit timely daily trip tickets and report incidents such as loss, damage, or theft.
• Report delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Helper

• Helper works with salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Helpers are responsible for all tasks such as loading and unloading the truck.
• Responsible to assure that all item for delivery is safely loaded and secured.
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
• Responsible to ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensures all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
• Completes the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon Province Route and will report to the company's district office located at Governor’s Drive Brgy. Bancal, Carmona, Cavite.
• 1 Full-Time position available. DIRECT HIRE.
