Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the delivery truck and tools daily.

• Communicate delivery updates and report delays or incidents.
• Prepare trip tickets and freight waybills.
• Assist with warehouse operations during high volumes.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

This includes conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintaining truck cleanliness and equipment, complying with traffic and safety regulations, verifying delivery documents, and assisting with loading/unloading activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain the delivery truck and tools daily.
• Follow all traffic, parking, and safety rules.
• Verify delivery documents (SI/DR, AR, CR) and ensure accuracy of items loaded/unloaded.
• Communicate delivery updates and report any incidents, discrepancies, or delays.
• Prepare necessary documents like trip tickets and freight waybills.
• Assist with warehouse operations and provide support during high delivery volumes or emergencies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
