HireMe.ph is seeking a reliable Helper to assist the driver and salesman in delivering products. You will help load/unload cargo, secure items, and keep accurate delivery records to ensure orders arrive on time and customers are satisfied.

This on-site role is based in Ormoc City, Leyte. The position is full-time with direct hire, focusing on safety, professionalism, and consistent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers with a salesman and driver.
• Loads and unloads the truck.
• Ensures all items are loaded securely.
• Compiles accurate delivery records and reports.
• Maintains good customer relations by delivering on time.
• Obtains client signatures as proof of delivery.
• Ensures stock transfer forms are original and untampered.
• Completes daily trip tickets and reports incidents of loss or damage.
• Reports delivery problems to senior staff or manager.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Willing to work in Ormoc City, Leyte.
• 1 Full-Time position available. Direct Hire.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Helper

• Helper works with salesman and driver to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Helpers are responsible for all tasks such as loading and unloading the truck.
• Responsible to assure that all item for delivery is safely loaded and secured.
• Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
• Responsible to ensure good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensures all documents (stock transfer forms) turned in are original and not tampered;
• Completes the daily trip ticket including submitting timely report of incidents of lost, stolen or damaged goods while in transit.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff or Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
