Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading LPG cylinders onto/from the 10-wheeler stake truck.
• Secure cylinders and ensure safe transport.
• Follow LPG safety procedures and SOPs.
• Assist the driver during deliveries, parking, and at depots and customer sites.
• Check for leaks or damaged cylinders and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck and wear PPE.
• Document deliveries and cylinder counts.
• Respond to emergencies according to safety protocols.

What is this role about?

The 10-Wheeler Stake Truck Helper supports the delivery of LPG cylinders and related materials by assisting the truck driver in loading, unloading, securing, and safely transporting LPG products. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining safe handling practices at all delivery points.

What will YOU do?

• Assist in loading and unloading LPG cylinders and related equipment onto/from the 10-wheeler stake truck
• Ensure LPG cylinders are properly secured, upright, capped, and protected during transport
• Follow strict LPG safety procedures, hazard controls, and company Standard Operating Procedures at all times
• Assist the driver during deliveries, backing, and parking in depots, plants, and customer sites
• Check cylinders for visible leaks, damage, or missing seals and immediately report issues
• Help in counting, sorting, and arranging filled and empty LPG cylinders
• Support documentation of deliveries, returns, and cylinder counts
• Maintain cleanliness of the truck, especially ensuring no ignition sources are present
• Wear and properly use required PPE (helmet, gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations following company safety protocols

What will YOU need?

• At least High School Graduate
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling LPG cylinders
• Willing to undergo LPG safety training and certification
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and emergency response procedures
• No history of safety violations (preferred, subject to company policy)
