• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or minor repairs.
• Support with moving furniture, equipment, or items as needed within the property.
• Dispose of garbage and recyclables in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper waste management.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring basic repairs are completed.
• Report major maintenance issues or safety concerns to the property manager.
• Help tenants with simple requests, such as lifting heavy items or addressing immediate concerns.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required.
• Ensure security by monitoring access to the property and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Perform other general tasks as assigned by the property manager.
