Job summary

A local property management company in Ilocos Norte is seeking an Apartment Helper to clean and maintain apartment units and common areas. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units, assisting with minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring cleanliness of common areas. Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.
