Job summary

A local apartment rental company in Cavite City is seeking an Apartment Helper to support the property management team. You will assist with cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas, along with move-in/move-out processes. Job Description

• The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
