Job Description

• A Helper in a Water Refilling Station is responsible for assisting in the daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining the quality of water dispensed.
• Water Production & Dispensing: Assist in the refilling of water containers (e.g., 5-gallon bottles) and ensure proper sealing, labeling, and storage of filled containers.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Wash and sanitize water containers before refilling; clean and maintain the refilling station, including equipment, filters, and the work area; assist in the regular maintenance of machines and filters to ensure water quality.
• Delivery Assistance (if applicable): Load and unload water containers for delivery; assist in delivering orders to customers if required.
• Customer Service: Assist customers in carrying or loading water containers into their vehicles; address customer inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Personal Qualities: Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality; detail-oriented; good with customers; able to work with customers.
