The Helper at a Water Refilling Station supports the daily operations of the station by assisting with water refilling, maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the business, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

Water Refilling:

• Assist in the filling of water containers (e.g., bottles, gallons) according to customer orders.
• Ensure proper handling of water containers to maintain hygiene and avoid contamination.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

• Clean and sanitize water tanks, dispensers, and other equipment regularly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the water refilling station, including floors, shelves, and work areas.
• Ensure proper maintenance of water purification systems and equipment.

Customer Service:

• Assist customers in filling water bottles and provide excellent service.
• Help customers with any inquiries related to water products and services.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and report them to the supervisor if necessary.

Stock Management:

• Assist in managing stock of water containers, filters, and other supplies.
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify the supervisor when stocks are low.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards for water handling and storage.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing water containers to avoid contamination.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
