Job summary

Philippine Geoanalytics, Inc. is seeking an experienced heavy equipment mechanic with a focus on hydraulic systems to join our Bulacan yard team.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing hydraulics, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring documentation is up to date. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, hold TESDA NCII in Heavy Equipment Servicing / Automotive, and be capable of working independently in a yard environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic with a primary focus on hydraulic systems.
• Holder of TESDA National Certificate II (NCII) in Heavy Equipment Servicing / Automotive or equivalent certification.
• Willing to be stationed and deployed at Bulacan yard.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic lines.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Disassemble, overhaul, and test hydraulic components.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and hydraulic schematics.
• Replace damaged hoses, seals, and faulty parts.
• Maintain clean and organized tools and work areas in the Bulacan yard.
• Document all repairs, parts replacements, and maintenance logs.
• Follow all company safety standards and protocol at the yard.
