Job summary

Civic Merchandising Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to handle repair orders, diagnose and fix machine and vehicle malfunctions, and ensure all repair paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.

The role requires an engineering background or BS Technology related to automotive, plus hands-on experience with trucks/equipment repairs and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or Graduate of any BS Technology course related to Automotive.
• Experienced in trucks/ Equipment repairs and related field is advantage
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review repair order assignments from the immediate superior and ensure that all assigned tasks are properly understood.
• Diagnose machine and vehicle malfunctions, identify their root causes, and perform the necessary repairs in accordance with established procedures and technical standards.
• Accomplish all required work order documentation accurately and submit completed documents to the immediate superior within the prescribed timeline to meet established targets.
