Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or related services, with strong leadership and CRM tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare or related service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-call staff to ensure coverage and timely response.
• Monitor incoming requests and escalate urgent matters as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, policies and client requirements.
• Maintain records of on-call activities, incidents and resolutions.
• Serve as escalation point for staff and clients; provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with client team to align on-call operations with service expectations.
• Utilize CRM tools to track workflows and document progress.
• Provide regular reports on on-call performance and operational metrics.

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Team Leader to join our healthcare operations team, supporting an existing client. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-call operations, ensuring timely and effective responses, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within a healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate on-call staff, ensuring coverage and timely response to client needs
• Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating urgent matters as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, policies, and client-specific requirements
• Maintain accurate records of on-call activities, incidents, and resolutions
• Serve as a point of escalation for staff and clients, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with the client team to align on-call operations with service expectations
• Utilize CRM tools to track, document, and manage workflows efficiently
• Provide regular reports on on-call performance and operational metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within healthcare or a related service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Proficiency with CRM tools, including Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, and Monday.com
• Ability to work on-call schedules, including flexibility for after-hours coverage as required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare operations or patient care standards is an advantage
