Handle inbound requests for Employee Assistance, Medical Support, and Occupational Health services
Respond professionally to calls and emails from clients and patients
Book medical appointments and manage referrals accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with physicians and support administrative case management
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
Support clinical teams with documentation and reporting
Medical background or experience in healthcare BPO preferred
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in Occupational Health is a plus
