Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Healthcare Senior Manager to grow GN Health into a market-facing healthcare consulting capability across payer, government programs, provider, platform transformation, and AI-enabled services.

You will translate delivery experience into repeatable IP, lead cross-geo initiatives, and shape operating mechanisms to enable scalable consulting delivery. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or related industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex healthcare transformation programs or consulting engagements.
• Proven experience originating, shaping, and influencing business development opportunities.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and client relationships.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-level materials, POVs, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to create opportunities rather than rely on assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute capability growth strategy aligned to market demand.
• Originate and shape opportunities across healthcare accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders.
• Develop future managers and consulting leaders.
• Provide executive delivery oversight for programs, monitor risks and quality.
• Collaborate across North America, EMEA, Japan, APAC, and Growth Markets.
