This hybrid role requires at least 5 years in process excellence and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Competenze

• At least 2nd years in college completed, no back subject.
• At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (LSSGB).
• At least 5 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement.

Mansioni

• Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
• Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
• Effective and seamless transition management by tackling critical items with Quality and other aspects.
• Drive ideation and small/large-scale projects.
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.
