Hive Health in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Care Representative to ensure a seamless experience for members across their healthcare journey. You will handle inquiries via calls and digital channels, document interactions, and collaborate with MedOps, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (nursing/medical preferred), fluency in English and Filipino, and willingness to work hybrid shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in nursing or medical field.
• Experience in customer support or related fields.
• Proficient in English and Filipino (spoken and written).
• Hybrid work setup with at least 1x a week on-site.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for member inquiries related to healthcare plans, benefits, claims, and platform usage.
• Document interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Collaborate with MedOps, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to resolve issues and coordinate next steps.
• Support a 24/7 in-house operation with rotating day, mid, or night shifts; weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
• Uphold data privacy, quality standards, and compliance; meet performance expectations.
• Participate in training and contribute ideas to improve member experience and efficiency.
