Job summary

Chong Hua Hospital in the Philippines seeks a Material Planner to support material planning and ensure timely materials for operations and customer demand. You will monitor inventory, maintain planning data, and coordinate with Procurement and Storeroom.

The role focuses on routine monitoring, data updating, and collaboration under senior planners, escalating issues to meet service levels and optimize stock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business- or Supply Chain-related field.
• 0–3 years of material planning experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Visayan and/or Tagalog; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitors inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and materials.
• Prepares and tracks purchase requisitions including BPOs and VMI.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Storeroom to address urgent material needs.
• Maintains item master and planning data (lead times, status, alternates).
• Supports inventory reports and analyzes consumption data.
• Escalates inventory or supply concerns to maintain service levels.
