Job summary

Intellicare in Cebu is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, prospect corporate clients, conduct market research, and prepare business proposals and presentations.

You will analyze client needs, coordinate with internal teams to design healthcare plans, support pricing and financial evaluations, and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Strong new business development skills including lead generation and relationship-building.
• Solid analytical skills and basic understanding of finance to support pricing, proposals, and business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to individuals and groups.
• Customer service mindset, with ability to manage client expectations and provide responsive support.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as noted in the qualifications.
