Sagility is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account in Iloilo. The role requires candidates with strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good analytical abilities.

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality customer service while working in a healthcare account environment. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite and in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of customer service experience or completed 2 years of college with 72 units.
• Graduate of a 4-year course with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Willing to work 100% onsite and on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
