Job summary

Xillium Professional Services in the Philippines seeks a Service Delivery Manager who will eventually own the day-to-day delivery for a healthcare client in the US. You will grow into leadership with structured mentoring, learning the business, and managing client relationships.

Initial onboarding includes a mentor and a defined scope; progression comes with handling larger accounts and improving patient care outcomes, under guidance and feedback to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• No prior account management or client-facing experience required.
• Graduate of a 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Tech savviness and comfort with new tools.
• Open to feedback and willing to adjust behavior.
• Eager to learn new concepts, systems, and ways of thinking.
• Calm, respectful, and thoughtful in different situations.
• Follows through and takes responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day service delivery for a healthcare client as you grow into the role.
• Lead a team through supervisors to maintain coverage, quality, and morale.
• Be the client’s daily contact and run weekly operations calls with client managers.
• Track account performance and communicate plans to address issues.
• Know when to elevate issues and involve leadership as needed.
• Learn the US healthcare business to have credible conversations with client leaders.
