Job summary

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent; additional education in management or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare accounts, preferably with Revenue Cycle Management.
• 1–2 years of data processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and submit accurate billing data based on contracts, services, and orders.
• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims per payer guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission and resubmit rejected or corrected claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient information in relevant data management systems.
• Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and internal departments.
