Metacom Careers in Metro Manila is seeking a Comprehensive Health Services and Benefits Coordinator for on-site work in Muntinlupa. You will coordinate healthcare services and employee benefits to ensure timely access to quality care and efficient utilization of health resources.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, strong English communication, and solid interpersonal abilities. Weekend and holiday availability may be required as part of coverage and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• College Graduate with or without experience
• Completed 2 years in College with 6months customer service related experience/work experience
• Above Average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge with MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Coordinate healthcare services and employee benefits to ensure timely access to quality care and efficient utilization of health resources
• Act as a liaison among patients, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, employers, and internal departments to facilitate healthcare delivery, benefits administration, and care coordination
