Responsibilities

• Performance monitoring across customer contact points (web, voice, e-mail, white mail).
• Provide quantifiable data for quality judgments and recommend improvements.
• Conduct call evaluations and calibrations; summarize results and share insights with Operations.
• Design reports to identify patterns in Quality and CSAT issues and track trends.
