Job summary

Expertise France is seeking a consultant to support thematic learning analyses and document collection under the SUCCESS-FAP project, in close collaboration with the Expertise France MEAL focal point. The assignment will contribute to Unitaid’s Learning Agenda on cervical cancer, primarily building on existing programme evidence and targeted complementary data collection where needed.

The consultant will support: evidence review and identification of gaps; methodological design and data

Responsibilities

• evidence review and identification of gaps
• methodological design and data collection
• interviews and exchanges with project partners and stakeholders
• qualitative and documentary analysis
• preparation and finalisation of assigned learning products
• contribution to the Consolidated Learning Report expected by June 2027
• community engagement and screening uptake in the Philippines
• scale-up and sustainable financing in the Philippines
• documentation of available evidence on supply and delivery in the Philippines and Myanmar
