Work Schedule: 7am–4pm PH time

Work Location: Eastwood City, QC

Work Setup: 3 days WFH + 2 days Onsite Weekly

You’ll work directly with our Integrator (think COO with superpowers), leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team already known for their excellence. Your mission? To help us grow with people who don’t just fit the roles—we want those who elevate them.

About the Role

  • Own the full TA strategy—from high-volume hiring to targeted leadership recruitment

  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team

  • Create systems that scale without sacrificing quality

  • Partner with business leaders to forecast, plan, and meet hiring needs

  • Strengthen our employer brand in competitive talent markets
