A leading BPO company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition & Strategy to lead a high-performing team in a rapidly scaling environment. This role involves strategic planning and execution of recruitment initiatives, fostering excellence and building effective systems, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Work Schedule: 7am–4pm PH time
Work Location: Eastwood City, QC
Work Setup: 3 days WFH + 2 days Onsite Weekly

You’ll work directly with our Integrator (think COO with superpowers), leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team already known for their excellence. Your mission? To help us grow with people who don’t just fit the roles—we want those who elevate them.

Own the full TA strategy—from high-volume hiring to targeted leadership recruitment
Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team
Create systems that scale without sacrificing quality
Partner with business leaders to forecast, plan, and meet hiring needs
Strengthen our employer brand in competitive talent markets

Mentor and manage a top-tier TA team
Drive recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Own hiring for niche and leadership roles with one-on-one strategies
