Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in procurement and project-related sourcing.
• Experience supporting construction, real estate/property development and/or hospitality operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing a shared services or centralized procurement organization.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing, major contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide procurement strategy and governance across business units.
• Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives while maintaining quality and service.
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier base and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards and reviews.
• Oversee contract governance, documentation, approvals and records management.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, project management, engineering, property management, and hotel operations teams.
