Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Division Head for Risk Management to lead strategic design and implementation of risk controls.

You will oversee enterprise-wide operational risk identification and assessment, and ensure robust governance, reporting, and escalation to senior management and the board. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of risk frameworks, and collaboration across teams to drive long-term risk strategies and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to design and embed risk management enhancements across the organization.
• Experience leading enterprise risk oversight and coordinating with CRO/Board.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CRO in designing, embedding, and implementing risk management enhancements.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational risk identification and assessment.
• Oversee Risk Tools implementation (RCSA, PRA, KRI) across the organization.
• Plan and orchestrate risk management activities and develop long-term strategies.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements and report to CRO/Board.
