Job summary

Qualifications

• Identifying key risk exposures across market, liquidity, credit, technology, operational, and compliance risk.
• Monitoring risk exposures and determining capital requirements per Basel framework.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing portfolio monitoring functions and analyzing credit risk.
• Guiding portfolio managers to identify actions to reduce portfolio risk.
• Assessing counterparty risk and overseeing loan product design to lower credit risk.
• Overseeing collections strategy and providing guidance to the collections team.
• Board reporting and secretariat duties to Risk Committee, Audit and Compliance Committee.
