EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

College degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields.

WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT:

More than three years similar or related work experience within the banking or payments industry.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Must be able to conceptualize new ideas, research the new idea, and evaluate them objectively from a market and financial standpoint.
• History of product development and management accomplishments and initiative.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to present strategic ideas to senior management and perform product discussion and presentation with members and participants.
