Job summary

CodeRound is seeking an engineering leader to drive the end-to-end technology strategy for a healthcare platform. You will actively contribute to architecture, coding, and system design while mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires hands-on leadership across backend, frontend, and DevOps, with a strong product mindset and startup experience. You will collaborate with founders to translate business goals into scalable tech solutions and ensure reliability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack development and leading engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap and technical strategy.
• Architect and build scalable, high-performance products and platforms.
• Lead development across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Design and optimise microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD processes.
• Hire, mentor, and manage engineering talent while remaining hands-on with critical technical initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to drive product delivery and innovation.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
