Strategic Vendor Management:
Reframe the current approach to partner management — from reactive oversight to strategic enablement , ensuring vendor capabilities and performance are aligned with Globe’s transformation priorities and delivery expectations.
Analytics, Insighting & Automation:
Establish a robust data-driven approach to partner and contract management. Lead the development of automated dashboards, performance scorecards, and commercial insights that empower leadership to act on trends, risks, and value opportunities.
Value Optimization:
Develop and lead a structured approach to value realization from existing contracts (e.g., cost control, innovation commitments, SLAs), and drive partner performance frameworks that go beyond KPIs.
Commercial Risk Management:
Strengthen contract governance, lifecycle planning, and proactive identification of commercial and delivery risks. Ensure early visibility into renewals, expansions, or amendments.
Partnership Strategy & Rationalization:
Lead partner segmentation, right-sizing, and rationalization — focusing on long-term strategic partnerships while ensuring flexibility, competitiveness, and alignment to Globe's “creation-first” agenda.
Internal Collaboration:
Serve as a key interface across ISG, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business Units — to align contract structures and partner engagements with the enterprise’s evolving technology and service landscape.
Team Leadership & Culture Shift:
Pivot the existing team’s mindset and capabilities from administrative contract management to proactive strategic advisory , building a high-trust, value-oriented culture that embraces technology, insight, and action.
Partner landscape is rationalized, performance-managed, and insight-enabled
Contracts are optimized for flexibility, innovation, and cost-effectiveness
Partner and vendor performance is tracked, visualized, and acted upon via automated reporting
ISG leaders see the function as a strategic advisor , not just a compliance office
Key risks are anticipated and mitigated , not simply escalated after the fact
Internal teams are enabled by analytics and freed up from manual monitoring and reporting
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, commercial governance , or related roles
Demonstrated ability to build and scale analytics, insighting, or reporting capabilities within a business or technology function
Strong background in contract structuring, negotiation, and partner performance management
Executive presence with excellent stakeholder and partner engagement skills
Experience in technology, telecom, or enterprise IT environments is highly preferred
Proven leadership in driving automation and continuous improvement within support functions
