JOB OVERVIEW : PRESIDENT Provide executive leadership, set strategic direction, and oversee the overall operations of the organization. This role often involves working with the board of directors, managing the executive team, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The president also represents the company to external stakeholders and ensures alignment with the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Establishing and communicating the organization's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing strategies across departments.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring the company's financial health.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, customers, and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to the executive team and other employees.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring performance against objectives and making adjustments as needed.

  • Solid experience in P&L management and financial oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to confidently represent the company to external partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a hands-on leadership style.
