Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a senior Marketing Lead in the Philippines to steer the company’s marketing strategy and growth initiatives. You will oversee branding, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics, driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI targets in a fast-paced, onsite setting.

The role requires 7–10 years in marketing with 5+ years of leadership, strong analytics, and deep PH market knowledge, including iGaming/fintech exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing multiple marketing functions.
• Experience in iGaming, online gaming, sportsbook, fintech, e-commerce, or digital consumer industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-million PHP budgets, optimizing local payment integrations.
• Proven track record executing marketing strategies targeting the Philippines market.
• Advanced analytics capability with BI tools and data interpretation.
• MarTech proficiency with CRM/automation suites and attribution tools.
• Leadership style fostering cross-functional collaboration in a high-energy onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, and performance roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing managers and specialists across all marketing functions.
• Establish marketing KPIs and ensure all teams achieve acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
• Present marketing performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and data-driven marketing culture.
• Oversee branding, partnerships, and public relations initiatives.
• Lead growth marketing including paid media, SEO/ASO, and website optimization.
• Lead lifecycle marketing (CRM & retention) strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, optimize CAC, and drive data-driven decisions.
