Job summary

Monee is seeking an experienced Insurance Brokerage leader to drive life and non-life policy sales, negotiate terms, and oversee end-to-end broking cycles. You will work with regional teams to design innovative product solutions and explore distribution models leveraging e-commerce, while identifying new accounts and cross-selling opportunities.

You will provide strategic risk advisory, manage complex initiatives, and ensure compliance with partner requirements, delivering high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year course in Banking, Finance, Risk Management or Insurance.
• 7–10 years of insurance brokerage experience in sales and/or underwriting.
• Basic Life/Non-Life courses from IIAP/LOMA or related training.
• Managerial experience for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation, structuring, and negotiation of Life and Non-Life policies for clients.
• Drive end-to-end sales and broking cycle to meet targets.
• Collaborate with regional teams to design innovative product solutions and distribution models.
• Identify potential accounts and cross-sell opportunities within ecosystems.
• Demonstrate business and technical know-how on digital insurance and distribution.
• Oversee complex initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Manage compliance requirements of insurance partners for contracting.
• Provide risk advisory and strategic guidance in claim negotiations and settlements.
• Develop industry intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions.
