Job summary

TLC is seeking a hands-on Head of Information Security to lead enterprise-scale cybersecurity strategy across a BFSI environment in Manila. You will own security architecture, threat intelligence, and cloud security, shaping the roadmap and driving risk-aware improvements.

The ideal candidate brings 12-15+ years in cybersecurity leadership within banking or fintech, balancing technical execution with executive leadership, and leveraging AI/ML to automate defenses while mentoring high-performing

Qualifications

12-15+ years in cybersecurity leadership within banking, fintech, or BFSI.
Proven track record balancing hands-on technical execution with executive-level leadership.
Expertise across vulnerability management, PAM, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
Visionary in leveraging AI/ML for cyber defense, transforming operations from manual to intelligent systems.
Strong people leader, able to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the organization's information security roadmap, aligning with business and regulatory objectives.
Technical Depth: Lead large-scale programs across network security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, privileged access, and cloud security.
AI-Driven Transformation: Champion automation and intelligent systems to multiply team productivity and eliminate manual workflows.
Collaboration: Partner with risk, technology, and product stakeholders to embed security into every layer of operations.
Governance & Resilience: Ensure compliance with global standards (NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, FFIEC) while driving proactive defense against evolving threats.
