Join client's team which is the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare services, as our Head of HR in the Philippines. This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing HR team and transform how we deliver a world-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end HR operations in the Philippines, including employee lifecycle, data accuracy, and compliance with HR systems

• Drive improvements in employee experience through effective policy implementation, case management, and stakeholder support

• Collaborate with UK and PH leadership to support seamless onboarding, HRIS alignment, benefits, and ongoing employee engagement

• Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, audits, statutory reporting, and HR process efficiency

• Champion transformation initiatives to position the HR team as a best-in-class, strategic business partner

• Oversee training, performance reviews, policy updates, and HR analytics

• Preferably with experience in a Start-up company
