Are you an experienced HR leader ready to make a real impact? Join client's team which is the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare services, as our Head of HR in the Philippines. This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing HR team and transform how we deliver a world-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end HR operations in the Philippines, including employee lifecycle, data accuracy, and compliance with HR systems

  • Drive improvements in employee experience through effective policy implementation, case management, and stakeholder support

  • Collaborate with UK and PH leadership to support seamless onboarding, HRIS alignment, benefits, and ongoing employee engagement

  • Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, audits, statutory reporting, and HR process efficiency

  • Champion transformation initiatives to position the HR team as a best-in-class, strategic business partner

  • Oversee training, performance reviews, policy updates, and HR analytics

  • Preferably with experience in a Start-up company
