Qualifications

• Proven track record in HNW or affluent segment growth and strategy execution.
• Strong experience in sales distribution, agency management, and bancassurance.
• Expertise in insurance, investments, and wealth planning solutions.
• Certification in wealth planning or equivalent credentials.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HNW growth strategy aligned with targets.
• Lead distribution and advisory activation across channels.
• Oversee product and wealth solution development for HNW clients.
• Position the firm as a trusted advisor to affluent clients.
• Build and coach a high‑performing HNW leadership team.
