• Experience with NAV computation, investor accounting, and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end fund accounting operations for Category II and III AIFs.
• Oversee NAV computation, capital accounting, investor allocations, and fund-level financial statements.
• Review investments, income, expenses, management fees, carried interest, and performance fees.
• Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for diverse asset classes and complex structures.
• Establish robust controls around fund accounting, NAV processes, and governance.
• Coordinate with auditors, trustees, custodians, fund administrators, and investors.
• Drive timely audits and closure of audit observations.
• Lead and mentor the fund accounting team and pursue automation opportunities.
