Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Head of FP&A to architect our global financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis frameworks while leading a high-performing team and partnering directly with C-suite leadership to drive long-term value creation. This remote role is based in the Philippines and starts ASAP.

The Head of FP&A will build the function from the ground up, manage 3–4 direct reports, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide financial strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in accounting and finance, with senior leadership
• 10+ years in a senior leadership capacity within a global environment
• 3–5 years at Senior Director level
• Financial modeling, three-statement analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• ERP systems experience (Sage) and Google Workspace proficiency

Responsibilities

• Build, structure, and scale the global FP&A function from the ground up
• Oversee sophisticated forecasting models and enterprise-level financial strategies
• Partner with the C-suite on capital allocation and value creation
• Direct annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Drive KPI development and variance analysis across units
• Lead financial due diligence and post-deal integration in M&A workstreams
• Provide board and executive reporting with data-driven insights
