Western Union seeks a Manager, FIU Typology Investigations & Strategic Analysis in the Philippines to lead a team of investigators and strengthen AML/CTF frameworks. The role drives risk management, strategic analysis, and regulatory reporting while supporting business growth in a hybrid work environment.

You will oversee investigations across AML/CTF, sanctions, and financial crime, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of financial crime professionals.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and sanctions.
• Experience with investigative lifecycle and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of investigators and financial crime professionals.
• Oversee complex AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud, and financial crime investigations.
• Manage end-to-end investigation lifecycle including case review, escalation, and reporting.
• Review and approve investigation outcomes, risk assessments, and SARs.
