Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in data science/analytics with at least 5 in a leadership role, banking experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis, statistical modeling, ML, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R; SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Big data tech and cloud familiarity (Hadoop, Spark, AWS/Azure) advantageous.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering). Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, and relevant banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
  • Project management experience including planning, initiation, resource allocation, risk & issue management, and stakeholder management are required.
