Job summary

Cobden & Carter International in the Philippines is seeking a senior data & insights leader to define and execute a strategy that drives business performance. You will translate complex data into clear narratives, dashboards, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires 8–10 years of total experience, 3–5 years in an MSP environment, and strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and modern data stack technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• 3–5 years in an MSP environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent with enterprise reporting experience.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
• Experience with modern data stack technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) and ETL/ELT tooling.

Our client is Philippine-Australian company that provides support to financial services clients across Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Data & Insights strategy aligned with the organization's business plan
• Build business cases for analytics investments and demonstrate measurable ROI
• Drive organizational change management to embed data-driven culture across all business units
• Lead analysis of strategic questions facing the business (operational performance and insights, new service offerings)
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives, dashboards, and presentations tailored to non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of total experience
• 3-5 years experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment
• Proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI or equivalent) with demonstrated ability to architect enterprise reporting solutions
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, validation, and complex query optimization
• Experience with modern data stack technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP, ETL/ELT tools, data pipeline orchestration)

Work set-up

3 days a week onsite

Working hours: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH time
