Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead our data strategy, analytics function, and measurement infrastructure across a fast-growing, multi-channel environment. You will drive visibility into performance and scale data capabilities with cross-functional teams.

You will build data quality, governance, and analytics capabilities that translate data into business outcomes, guide forecasting, experimentation, and decision-making with senior leadership. Fully remote opportunity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering with leadership responsibility.
• Experience building or scaling a data & analytics function.
• Strong SQL and modern data warehouse skills.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, paid media measurement, and e-commerce performance.
• Experience handling large, multi-source datasets and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to mentor teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, analytics function, and measurement infrastructure.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to inform strategy and operations.
• Develop measurement and attribution capabilities across paid media, partnerships, and acquisition.
• Build scalable analytics systems, data pipelines, dashboards, and automation.
• Lead and mentor analytics professionals and establish clear standards.
