Job summary

Coins is seeking a data-led executive to drive the company’s data strategy for cross-border payments. You will govern data, shape analytics, and partner with senior leaders to steer business decisions through scalable insights.

You will manage BI and data engineering teams, align initiatives with risk, compliance, and product goals, and pave the way for expansion beyond APAC with a data‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in data analysis and data management in fintech/cross-border payments.
• Strong commercial data thinking and business acumen with ability to build data frameworks.
• Proficient in data platform architectures, governance, and leading non-coding project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business data strategy across cross-border payment lifecycles.
• Oversee data warehouse, data middle platform, and BI visualization efforts.
• Manage BI and Data Engineering teams; ensure on-time delivery of data initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, risk, operations, finance, and product for data requirements.
