Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
• 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership or delivery management.
• Proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs in large/enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, threat management, risk & compliance, privacy, and third‑party risk.
• Familiarity with standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cybersecurity platforms across identity, access, and security operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Delivery Leadership

• Lead the execution of multiple cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring delivery meets defined timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing cybersecurity team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on delivery matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
• Manage delivery risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
• Proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity programs within large or enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity and access management, threat management, risk and compliance, privacy, and third-party risk.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with a range of cybersecurity technologies and platforms across identity, access, and security operations domains.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and manage multiple priorities.
