Job summary

Mynt (GCash) is seeking a Senior Threat Intelligence Lead to shape and drive the CTI program in a fast‑growing FinTech environment. You will develop the threat intelligence strategy, mentor the CTI team, and work closely with SOC, Incident Response, and Red/Blue teams to strengthen proactive defense.

You will deliver executive risk insights and threat briefings to the CISO and senior management, while establishing intelligence-sharing partnerships with industry peers and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering.
• Experience in cyber threat intelligence (CTI) or security operations.
• Ability to lead and mentor a security-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s cyber threat intelligence strategy aligned with business and security objectives.
• Build, lead, and mentor the CTI team to enhance threat intelligence capabilities.
• Oversee threat intelligence processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the integration of threat intelligence into security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) for proactive defense.
• Provide executive leadership with threat reports and strategic risk insights.
