Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a seasoned leader in asset management to head a centralised team focused on client onboarding, reconciliations, payments, and regulatory reporting. You will drive quality, governance, and performance across multi-jurisdictional client accounts, mentoring staff and aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in asset management, preferably within fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big Four.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of leadership experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of fund administration processes.
• Proficient in reviewing complex processes, managing escalated client issues, and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leads the pioneer team in planning, preparation and hands-on execution to establish the Centralised team.
• As team leader, use past experiences and strong organizational skills to help the team perform and grow.
• Ensure quality control across delivery and meet deadlines.
• Act as central point of contact for accounts, identify risks and provide solutions.
• Develop and support training, ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships and lead training sessions.
• Ensure client deliverables are logged and resources allocated for optimal staffing.
• Support internal reporting (compliance, internal audit, process docs).
• Serve as escalation point for internal/external parties on issues and concerns.
• Represent team in initiatives and drive system/process changes.
• Monitor team KPIs: quality, timeliness, errors, overtime, productivity.
• Lead local initiatives to boost engagement and efficiency.
