• Build a High-Performing Research Platform: Strengthen research capabilities by enhancing processes, fostering collaboration, improving execution discipline, and developing a team that consistently delivers timely and differentiated investment views.
• Drive Organizational Investment Alignment: Partner effectively with Portfolio Managers, Advisory, Product, and client-facing teams to ensure research priorities are aligned with business objectives and investment insights are adopted across the organization.
